Web Scanner creates a structured report about the technology signals visible on the current webpage. Open the extension on a website to inspect observable frontend tools, styling information, fonts, theme colors, platform signals, analytics signals, and limited backend or infrastructure hints. Each detected result includes a confidence level and supporting evidence, helping you understand why it was identified. Server-side results are clearly presented as hints because some technologies may be hidden behind proxies, content delivery networks, or private infrastructure. Scan reports can be exported in Markdown, CSV, Excel, or PDF format for documentation, research, and sharing. Web Scanner works only after you click the extension on the page you want to inspect. Scanning and report generation happen locally on your device. No account is required, and scan results are not sent to the developer or third parties. How to use Web Scanner: 1. Open the webpage you want to inspect. 2. Click the Web Scanner extension. 3. Review the generated technology report and supporting evidence. 4. Export the report in your preferred format. Browser-protected pages and internal Chrome pages cannot be inspected. Detection is based only on information made available to the browser, so some technologies may not be identifiable.
