Web Results Only sends your Google searches straight to the classic Web tab, so you see the familiar list of links instead of an AI Overview, AI Mode, or other modules stacked on top. HOW IT WORKS The extension appends Google's own udm=14 parameter to your search URL. That is Google's official Web filter, the same view you get by clicking More then Web on a results page. There is no scraping, no ad blocking, and no change to the page itself. A single declarativeNetRequest rule rewrites the search URL at the network layer before the page loads. WHAT YOU GET - Every Google search opens on the classic Web tab automatically. - One click to turn the redirect on or off from the popup. It ships on by default. - Works across 193 Google country domains, from google.com to google.co.jp and google.de. - A notice appears in the popup if Google ever changes the Web filter, so you are never left with silent breakage. PRIVACY Everything runs locally on your device. Web Results Only has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking, and it never reads your search query or your results. For free users the extension makes no network requests at all. The only network request it can make is an optional license check, and only if you enter a Pro key. PERMISSIONS - declarativeNetRequestWithHostAccess, scoped only to Google Search domains, is what lets the extension append udm=14 to your search URL. It cannot act on any site other than Google Search, and it never reads page content. - storage keeps your on/off choice and settings on your device.
