Overview

Skip Google AI Overviews and open clean Web results automatically—with one switch and no tracking.

Skip the AI Overview before it loads. Web Please sends ordinary Google searches directly to Google’s own Web-results view. You get a clean page of links without waiting for an AI answer box to appear—or for an extension to hide it afterward. What Web Please gives you: - AI Overviews removed from ordinary Google searches. - Clean, link-first Web results from the moment the page opens. - One simple on/off switch in the Chrome toolbar. - Images, News, Shopping, and other search tabs when you choose them. - No account, analytics, tracking, or search-data collection. - Open-source code with no build step and no remote scripts. Why it feels faster and more reliable: Web Please does not scan Google pages or depend on fragile CSS selectors. Chrome applies one local redirect rule that adds Google’s Web-view setting before the results page loads. That means no flash of AI content, no blank space left behind, and less to break when Google changes its layout. Permissions, in plain English: - “Declarative Net Request” lets Chrome apply the local Web-view rule. - “Active tab” lets the on/off switch refresh the Google search you are currently viewing. - Access is limited to supported Google Search pages. Important: Google’s Web view is intentionally link-focused. It may omit rich cards such as knowledge panels, sports scores, currency converters, weather cards, and some featured answers. Pause Web Please at any time if you want the normal Google results page. Web Please is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
