Overview

Saves the current tab as a PDF with selectable text and clickable links. Fully local — no data leaves your browser.

Save the current tab as a real PDF in one click: selectable text, clickable links and a document outline — not a screenshot. ✨ WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most "page to PDF" tools save a picture of the page. This extension prints the page with Chrome's built-in print engine, so the result is a genuine document: • Selectable, searchable text in any language and script • Clickable links and working internal anchors • A document outline (bookmarks) built from the page headings • Backgrounds, colors and layout exactly as on screen 📄 THE WHOLE PAGE, NOT JUST THE VISIBLE PART • Auto-scrolls the page so lazy-loaded images and content appear • Waits for images and fonts to finish loading • Expands inner scroll areas in single-page apps • Can re-render virtualized feeds (optional setting) 📐 ONE LONG PAGE — OR A4 SHEETS By default you get one long page as wide as your tab at 100% scale: the layout stays full-size, nothing is squeezed into a narrow sheet. Prefer classic pages? Switch to A4 sheets with smart page breaks: cards, tables, code listings and images that fit on a sheet are kept whole, and text lines are never sliced by the sheet edge. 🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens locally in your browser: the PDF is produced by Chrome's own print engine (DevTools Protocol). No servers, no accounts, no analytics, no data collection. Pages behind a login work too. While the PDF is being generated, Chrome shows its standard yellow bar saying the extension "started debugging" the tab — that is how extensions access the print engine (chrome.debugger). The bar disappears as soon as the file is saved. ⚡ ALSO • 10 interface languages, including right-to-left Hebrew • Automatic file names: date_time_site_page.pdf • Open, Show in folder and Share buttons; the file path is copied to the clipboard • Keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+P • Light and dark theme ⚠️ LIMITATIONS Chrome service pages (chrome://), the Chrome Web Store and PDF tabs cannot be captured. Virtualized feeds keep only a few posts in the page — the optional expansion re-renders as much as the site allows. Video and canvas are captured as their current frame.
