Extension is not working

Didn’t see the highlights pop up on the website when I download the extension. I reload the webpage and restarted chrome, but didn’t see the highlight pop up. Does anyone know why or could suggest potential cause?

Great tool to find the important quotes and sections you are actually looking for, instead of reading through 90 % of bla bla just to keep you on a website. Highly recommend!
