FIND OUT THE CARBON FOOTPRINT OF YOUR INTERNET SURFING! The Web Carbon Tracker extension calculates the required energy consumed and the equivalent CO2 emitted when navigating the internet. With the information provided, you will be aware of the environmental impact of visited pages and your surfing activity over a period of time. DISCOVER ACCUMULATED STATISTICS IN THE SELECTED TIME PERIOD: The Overall Tab contains accumulated statistics regarding web usage in the selected time frame: Total Usage, Average, Usage since, Trend, Cache Hits and Misses, along with charts for transferred data volume, energy consumption or CO2 emissions, and an overview of all requested pages in the given time frame will be listed. CHECK THE CARBON FOOTPRINT ON VISITED WEB PAGES: The Page tab contains detailed information regarding the current and any visited web pages, where the extension's pop-up window is opened. DISCOVER WHERE IN THE WORLD WEBSITE DATA IS STORED: Displayed as chart or globe view in the right side of Page tab. CHECK YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT HISTORY: The History tab shows an overview of the CO2 emissions, transfer data volume and energy consumption over time.
