WCL Combat-Time DPS Toggle

Adds a toggle to Warcraft Logs Mythic+ tables to recalculate DPS/WDPS/HPS by combat time.

WCL Combat-Time DPS Toggle adds a switchable combat-time view to Warcraft Logs Mythic+ report pages. When enabled, it recalculates DPS/WDPS (damage pages) and HPS (healing pages) from an overall-run-time baseline to a combat-time baseline, helping you evaluate real in-combat performance more accurately.
