W&C CRM Intelligence An internal productivity tool for Winthrop & Co., a financial-services advisory firm. This extension helps our recruiting and advisory team track professional outreach on LinkedIn and log relationship activity into our internal CRM. KEY FEATURES • Profile sidebar — view a LinkedIn advisor profile and the sidebar shows which ones are already tracked in our CRM, with one-click Push-to-CRM for new prospects. • Real-time activity logging — captures your own outbound actions (connection requests, DMs, InMails, follows, comments, shares) and logs them to your CRM activity feed within seconds, so the firm has visibility into pipeline without manual data entry. • Contact enrichment — look up personal contact info on prospects you've reached out to, via our licensed data partners. • Outreach scripts — a built-in scratchpad and template library for crafting connection requests, follow-ups, and InMails. • Follow-up reminders — set a reminder on any profile; it appears in the main CRM's reminder queue. PRIVACY + DATA USE This extension is distributed exclusively to authorized Winthrop & Co. personnel and is not for general public use. It operates on publicly-visible LinkedIn profile pages the employee is actively viewing. It does not read the content of messages or collect browsing activity outside LinkedIn and our CRM domain. We never sell, rent, or advertise with user data. Full policy: https://crm.winthropco.com/privacy TECHNICAL NOTES • All traffic between the extension and our CRM is HTTPS-encrypted. • Authentication uses per-user Bearer tokens that can be revoked by firm admins. • The extension does not eval remote code or modify LinkedIn's UI beyond injecting its own sidebar container.
