how are we supposed to remove things from the excludes list, WITHOUT DOING IT ONE BY ONE- it pretty much renders the whole thing useless?

Excelente. But ARCHIVE everything. It would need to have a trigger that archives just what is determined.

its recover videos from the old youtube yes better then the new youtube
