WAWin is a Chrome extension for sales and support teams who talk to customers on WhatsApp Web. Translate messages, get help drafting replies, and keep customer details alongside your conversations—with less switching between tools. ■ Translate messages and replies Read translations within your chats and write replies in a language you’re comfortable with. Preview and edit the translated text before sending. ■ Get help drafting replies AI Pilot’s Assist mode prepares reply drafts using the conversation and your configured persona and knowledge base. Review the draft, make changes, and decide when to send it. Always check business details such as prices, delivery dates, and customer commitments. If you choose and configure Managed mode, AI can send replies automatically according to your rules. Managed replies require Chrome and WhatsApp Web to remain open and connected. ■ Keep customer details handy Organize customer information with notes, shared labels, and follow-up status. Filter chats by label or reply status, and use follow-up reminders to keep track of what needs to happen next. ■ Spend less time typing the same replies Save and insert quick replies for common questions. Use customer variables to personalize the content, then review and adjust it before sending. ■ Plan your next follow-up Schedule messages for existing one-to-one chats or send broadcasts to selected recipients. These tasks run on your computer, so Chrome and WhatsApp Web must stay open and connected. ■ Sync chats when you need to Where your plan and workspace permissions allow, enable sync for individual conversations and view them in WAWin Console. Attachment syncing has its own setting. ■ Getting started Install WAWin and sign in to WhatsApp Web. Then open the WAWin menu, sign in to your WAWin account, and select a workspace. The extension interface supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese. ■ Plans and requirements Online features require a WAWin account and access to a workspace. Available features and AI usage depend on your plan, permissions, and service configuration. Broadcasts, scheduled messages, and chat sync require an eligible Pro or Team plan. Check AI-generated content for accuracy before using it. ■ How your data is handled Translation and AI features send the content needed for the operation to WAWin’s backend and configured AI service providers. Customer details and quick replies are stored in your workspace. Chat history is uploaded when chat sync is enabled, with a separate setting for attachments. Local tasks and cached data remain in your Chrome profile. Turning off chat sync does not stop the data processing needed for translation, AI replies, or other enabled features.
