This template, meticulously crafted using years of experience and thousands of narratives, serves as a starting point for healthcare workers, allowing them to focus on entering essential data. But that's not all; our tool also includes a secondary feature. When transitioning from one call type to another, such as moving from an emergent call to a non-emergent hospital visit, users can access a button to prefill many of the required drop down fields. While some manual data entry is still necessary, this feature saves valuable time and ensures accuracy.
