WHY IT LOOKS BETTER THAN OTHER REMOVERS Most tools paint over the watermark and blur whatever was behind it. This one doesn't guess. The Gemini mark is composited onto your image as a semi-transparent overlay, and that operation can simply be reversed: the extension knows the exact overlay, subtracts it, and the original pixels come back — right down to the stars in a night sky that the sparkle was covering. YOUR IMAGES NEVER LEAVE YOUR DEVICE There is no server. Everything runs as JavaScript inside your own browser, so there is nothing to upload, no account to create, and no queue to wait in. Open your network tab and watch: the only request is fetching the image you clicked. The extension asks for zero permissions beyond access to the Gemini pages themselves. It does not touch SynthID, Google's invisible provenance watermark, and it never will — this is about a clean visual canvas, not about passing AI images off as human-made. Google already ships watermark-free images to AI Ultra subscribers; this gives you the same result. Please use it on content you generated yourself. Images carrying the large "Gemini" wordmark (a different, much bigger overlay) are not supported yet — the extension will tell you rather than half-erase it.
