Browse and apply inspection templates from your WashUp account, your organization, and WashUp.

WashUp Templates brings the WashUp Template Library directly into the WashUp web app, making it easier to standardize how your car wash operates across locations. Browse templates created by WashUp, your organization, or your own team. Create reusable templates from existing Inspections, Services, and Task Lists, then apply them to another location without rebuilding everything from scratch. With WashUp Templates, you can: • Browse inspection, preventive maintenance, and task templates built specifically for car washes • Create reusable templates from records already set up in WashUp • Share templates across your organization • Apply templates to different locations, bays, equipment, and inspections • Review equipment mappings and changes before anything is added to WashUp • Keep procedures consistent as you add locations or update your operation WashUp Templates works directly with your existing WashUp account. There is no separate extension login. Sign in to WashUp, click the extension, and the Template Library opens directly over the WashUp application. An active WashUp account is required. To provide these features, the extension accesses content within app.washup.solutions, stores a short-lived WashUp authentication token locally in Chrome, and securely communicates with WashUp's template service. The extension does not access unrelated websites or collect your general browsing history.
