WaSenderHQ is a WhatsApp bulk sender for businesses, organizations, and professionals who manage permission-based customer communication through WhatsApp Web. The free tier provides a free WhatsApp auto sender workflow for core text campaigns, while Pro adds scheduling and advanced campaign-management tools. As a business messaging and WhatsApp marketing tool, WaSenderHQ can help with customer follow-ups, appointment reminders, order updates, delivery notifications, event invitations, service announcements, and other opt-in communication. Everything works from your browser without coding or a separate messaging API. You select the recipients, review the message, and start every campaign yourself. The extension does not send anything until you confirm the intended content and contact list. CONTACT IMPORT Import recipients using several convenient methods: • Upload contacts from a CSV file. • Import contacts from a compatible Google Sheets link. • Enter phone numbers manually, one per line. • Enter contacts using Name, Phone format. • Add international numbers with their country code. • Extract visible member numbers from a group you have opened. • Import names and additional personalization columns. • Send to valid numbers without saving every contact first. Google Sheets must be published or shared so that people with the link can access it. Private sheets that redirect to a Google sign-in page cannot be imported directly. RECIPIENT VALIDATION AND CLEANUP The built-in campaign review helps prepare cleaner recipient lists before sending. • View total, valid, invalid, duplicate, and suppressed contact counts. • Automatically normalize supported phone-number formats. • Detect duplicate numbers before a campaign starts. • Remove duplicate contacts with one click. • Identify invalid or incomplete phone numbers. • Exclude blocked recipients through the Do Not Message list. • Review imported names and phone numbers before starting. • Prevent duplicate contacts from being added to scheduled campaigns. PERSONALIZED BULK MESSAGES Create personalized messages instead of sending identical generic text to every recipient. Use {name} to insert each contact’s name automatically. Additional CSV or spreadsheet columns can also be used as custom message variables where supported. MESSAGE DELAYS AND PACING Control how quickly the campaign moves between recipients. • Set a minimum delay. • Set a maximum delay. • Use randomized timing inside the selected range. • Enable no-delay mode for controlled workflows. • Enter messages progressively with character-by-character typing. • Pause and resume an active campaign. • Stop a campaign before the remaining contacts are processed. • View when the next message is expected to start. Pro includes additional typing speeds, optional mid-typing pauses, automatic long breaks, account warm-up controls, and detailed safety scoring. No pacing configuration can guarantee account safety. Users remain responsible for recipient consent, message frequency, content quality, and compliance with platform rules. CAMPAIGN REVIEW AND DELIVERY STATUS Review the campaign before it begins and monitor its progress while it runs. • Confirm the message and intended recipients. • See valid and excluded contact totals. • Inspect the selected attachment. • Review delay and safety notices. • Follow sent, pending, failed, invalid, and skipped results. • Distinguish a confirmed send from a result still awaiting confirmation. • View the current contact and campaign progress. • Export campaign activity to CSV. A pending message is not automatically presented as a confirmed send. This helps reduce misleading campaign reports when the active web session has not yet returned a final status. ONE-CLICK RETRY FOR FAILED MESSAGES When eligible messages fail, WaSenderHQ can prepare a retry campaign containing only those failed attempts. Successful contacts are not added to the retry queue. Invalid, suppressed, pending, and intentionally skipped contacts remain excluded where appropriate. This helps avoid accidentally sending the same message again to recipients who already received it. DO NOT MESSAGE LIST Maintain a local suppression list for contacts who should not receive future campaigns. Numbers on the Do Not Message list are automatically excluded from: • Immediate campaigns • Scheduled campaigns • Failed-message retries Contacts can be added individually or pasted as a list. They can also be removed or cleared from the extension settings. CAMPAIGN SCHEDULING Pro users can choose a future date and time for a campaign. The scheduled campaign retains its prepared recipients, personalized message, delay settings, and supported attachment. Duplicate and suppressed contacts are removed before the scheduled campaign starts. Only one active scheduled campaign is maintained at a time, helping prevent accidental duplicate schedules. SAVED CAMPAIGNS AND MESSAGE TEMPLATES Pro users can save reusable campaign configurations and message templates. Saved Campaigns can preserve frequently used recipients and message content. Saved Templates make it easier to reuse common messages without rebuilding them every time. This is useful for recurring reminders, regular customer updates, repeat announcements, and other workflows that use similar content. PRIVACY Contact lists, message content, drafts, templates, suppression entries, campaign logs, and attachment files remain in the browser for campaign processing. They are not uploaded to WaSenderHQ servers. A Google Sheets import requests only the spreadsheet link supplied by the user. Signed-in accounts use Google and Firebase services for authentication, Pro-access verification, and aggregate send counters. Messages and attachments are processed through the active web session.
