Warranty Autofill for HVAC

Register HVAC equipment warranties in one click: fills Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman and Rheem forms from your Jobber jobs.

Never miss an HVAC warranty registration again. Equipment manufacturers give homeowners their full 10-year parts warranty only if the unit is registered within 60–90 days of installation. Registering means retyping the customer, address, serial numbers and install date into the manufacturer's website for every job. Warranty Autofill does the typing for you. It works with the official warranty registration websites of Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman and Rheem. HOW IT WORKS 1. Your tech adds the serial numbers and the equipment brand to the job in Jobber (two fields are added to your jobs automatically). 2. When the job is closed, the unit appears in the extension's "To register" list with the customer, address and the days left before the deadline. 3. Open the manufacturer's registration site and press "Fill this step". The extension fills in the customer, address, dealer details, serial numbers and dates. You check the form and press Submit yourself. FEATURES - "To register" list sorted by deadline, so urgent units come first - The right deadline for each manufacturer (60 or 90 days) - One-click filling on multi-step forms; each new step fills automatically - Never overwrites anything you typed and never submits a form for you PRICING Free: 3 jobs a month. Pro: $29/month for unlimited jobs. Cancel any time from the side panel. PRIVACY Job details stay in your browser. If you connect Jobber, we read completed jobs with serial numbers, read-only. We do not sell data or use analytics. Warranty Autofill is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Jobber or any equipment manufacturer. Brand names belong to their owners.
