WarmReply helps freelancers answer client messages faster — without ever handing over control of the Send button. When you open a conversation in your Fiverr inbox and click "Draft reply for this thread," WarmReply reads that one open conversation and drafts a suggested reply in your own voice. The draft appears in an editable box right on the page. You can edit it, insert it into Fiverr's message box, or copy it — and then YOU review it and press Fiverr's Send yourself. WarmReply never sends messages on its own. There is no auto-send, ever. How it works - Human-in-the-loop by design. WarmReply only drafts. Every message is reviewed and sent by you. - First-run consent. The first time you use it, WarmReply asks for your explicit permission before it reads or sends any conversation. Nothing is read until you agree. - Fiverr inbox only. WarmReply runs only on your Fiverr inbox pages (fiverr.com/inbox). It does nothing on any other site. - Your voice. Drafts are generated from your WarmReply profile so replies sound like you, not a generic bot. What you need WarmReply requires a free WarmReply account and key from mavenhandle.com. Create your account, generate your key, and paste it into the extension's settings once. Drafting runs through your account, which includes a monthly free allowance; paid plans add more. AI drafting Drafts are written with AI. By default, drafting uses a managed model (OpenAI) through your WarmReply account. On a paid plan you can bring your own AI key (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or a custom provider) so drafting runs on your own AI account. Your privacy - The open conversation is used only to write your draft. When you click Draft, the conversation text is sent to your WarmReply account and on to the AI provider solely to generate that reply. - The conversation text is not stored. After a draft is generated, WarmReply's server keeps only per-account usage counts (message type, action, model, token counts) to meter your monthly quota. The conversation itself is not saved. - Your key stays local. Your WarmReply key is stored on your device (not synced to Chrome Sync) and is used only to authenticate your drafting requests. - No tracking. WarmReply shows no ads, runs no analytics or telemetry, sets no cookies, and does not collect your location, browsing history, or keystrokes.
