Chrome extension to randomly pick a page from wallabag by tag: scheduled notification + popup.

Too many open tabs, too many saved links, and no idea what to read or watch next? Let the extension decide. Random Link Picker connects to your own wallabag server and picks a random unread entry with the tag you choose. Open it, ask for another one, or mark it as done - it is archived in wallabag only when YOU press "Watched". WHAT IT DOES • Random pick in one click: open the popup and get a random unread entry from your wallabag (title, domain, reading time, preview). • Scheduled notification: get a random pick every N days at a time you choose. Open it or ask for another one right from the notification. • Your current pick stays put: the same entry is shown in the popup and in the notification until you mark it as watched. • Categories and filter: tag what you save ("movies", "books", "anime"...), choose from your existing wallabag tags, get a hint if a new tag looks like an existing one, and show random picks only from one category. • Save pages fast: add the current tab or all tabs of the window to wallabag from the popup, from the right-click menu (page, link, or the extension icon), or with a keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+A by default). Adding continues in the background even if you close the popup, and retries when the network is down. • Light and dark themes, that follows the browser theme. HOW TO START 1. In wallabag, create an API client (menu → API Client Management → Create new client). 2. Open the extension settings, enter your server address, client ID and secret, username and password. 3. Pick the tag that marks your reading/watch list, set the notification schedule, press "Check connection". PRIVACY • No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party servers. The extension talks only to the wallabag server you enter. • Your server address and credentials are stored locally in the browser (chrome.storage) and are never sent anywhere else. • The access to your server is requested only for that one address, when you save the settings.
