To the systems it reaches it is you, not it: server-side logs show no difference at all. AI governance tools discover SaaS accounts through SSO, expenses and network traffic. An extension someone installed with a personal account passes through none of those channels. That is the blind spot of AI inventories, and it is exactly what Wake lights up. WHAT WAKE DOES NOT DO Wake requests access to no website. It injects no code into pages. It makes no network connections. It has no servers, collects no data and sends nothing anywhere. It requires exactly two permissions: reading the list of installed extensions, and storing scan history in the browser's local storage. An extension that flags other extensions for the permissions they request cannot afford to request more than they do.
