Choose All Contacts or Chat List as the source, then refine the result by account type, country code or WhatsApp Label. WAContact also includes related tools for exporting selected chat history and group-member information, bringing user-initiated WhatsApp Web exports together in one extension. 📇 WHATSAPP CONTACT EXPORT Use WAContact as a WhatsApp Web contact export tool when you need a structured contact file for review, organization or use with a compatible application. • Export WhatsApp contacts from All Contacts or the Chat List. • Choose All Accounts or focus on accounts identified as WhatsApp Business accounts. • Filter contacts by one or more international calling codes. • Filter contacts with WhatsApp Labels available in the current account. • Create Excel, CSV or VCard/VCF files. • Remove duplicate phone numbers during the contact export workflow. Excel and CSV can include country code, country or region, phone number, public and saved names, saved-contact status, business status and blocked status. Chat List can also add read status, last message, message type and message time. The country filter is based on the international calling code in a phone number. It helps classify numbers by calling-code region and does not identify a contact's current or exact location. 🧭 HOW CONTACT EXPORT WORKS 1. Open WhatsApp Web in Chrome and wait for the contacts or chats you need to load. 2. Open WAContact from the Chrome toolbar and select Contact Export. 3. Choose Excel, CSV or VCard. 4. Select All Contacts or Chat List as the data source. 5. Apply the Business, country-code or WhatsApp Label filters needed for your task. 6. Select Export Contacts and review the downloaded local contact file. Use Excel when you want to save WhatsApp contacts in a structured worksheet for sorting and review. Choose CSV for a portable table that can be processed by compatible tools. If you want to download WhatsApp contacts as contact cards for a compatible address-book application, choose VCard/VCF. 💬 ADDITIONAL CHAT EXPORT TOOLS WAContact can also export user-selected private or group conversations from WhatsApp Web. • Select one chat, multiple chats or all available chats. • Filter messages with a custom start and end date. • Choose HTML for a readable offline record or Excel/CSV for structured message fields. • Use Safe Mode for steadier processing or Fast Mode when quicker extraction is preferred. • Include supported images, videos and documents when chat-media export is available under the active plan. • Save the generated chat file or supported media folder to a location selected by you. You are responsible for following applicable privacy, consent, messaging, data-protection and platform requirements. 🔒 LOCAL PROCESSING AND PRIVACY User-selected contacts, chats, group members, media and generated export files are processed within the browser extension workflow. Exported content is written to the file or folder selected by the user and is not uploaded by WAContact. Optional usage analytics are disabled by default. If enabled by the user, WAContact may send limited account-linked diagnostics such as version, language, plan and quota state, feature actions, aggregate counts, results and non-content error codes. This data is retained for no more than 30 days. Analytics do not include contact or group-member details, group names, messages, media, exported files, full activation codes, payment details, passwords, cookies or WhatsApp login credentials.
