Their biggest problem is that there is no support for big problems either At the same time the service is not stable, you constantly have to update a plugin and delete and wait for bugs to be fixed and then maybe it will work and maybe not I'm currently stuck with a full client that it stopped working for because of the latest WhatsApp updates

Here too the same thing happened after the update to 3.4.5 No media images are being sent. You only have to contact the email hello@waboxapp.com and you hardly have an answer. the company should improve its support.

The recent update had broken the functionality of media images message. No media images are being pushed to the webhook URL. It is impacting the business revenue. Please share your ASAP feedback and support on this.

The other reviews are correct, sending image is not working, emailed support several times no reply, no phone number to call, no option to remove credit card. You can't trial it without giving your credit card details. Conclusion: Get ready for a credit card replacement after signing up. I'm requesting mine to be replaced.
