Restore messages isnt working

hey so I have been using your whatsapp extension. the deleted message thing barely works. so its not like it doesnt work it like captures 1 out of the 10 messages people deletes? why does it happen. all of the mesages cant be seen. also for your info when they send message i was online still it doesnt show the deleted message

Hola intentando conectarme a tu aplicacion, quiero probarla pero la interface para inscribirse es confusa, me inscribi con mail floresyalgomas.chile.cl@gmail.com y recibi un codigo que me llevo a una pantalla para recibir dinero por recomendaciones, pero yo quiero usar la aplicacion para ver si me sirve... quiero saber si me puedes enviar una clave de producto para probarla unos dias antes de suscribirme y ver si me sirve...
