It brings audience preparation, bulk messaging, repeat follow-ups and contact organisation into a single practical workflow. Use it for stock updates, order news, promotions, bookings, event invitations and customer check-ins. Set up each conversation properly - Pick a relevant audience Select individual contacts, groups, labels, countries or all available contacts. You can match each message to the people it concerns instead of treating every contact list the same. - Bring in customer details Paste a Name:Phone list or copy the two useful columns from Excel. Imported phone numbers can be checked for an associated WA account before they are placed in the recipient list. - Save content you use regularly Create text, file and vCard templates, then add dynamic variables for details such as the recipient's name.
