Messages remain hidden until you hover over them.

To enhance privacy in public spaces, the wa privacy extension for WhatsApp™ Web blurs your messages. Content is revealed only when you hover over it with your mouse cursor. You can quickly toggle the effects using a keyboard shortcut or the toggle button in the extension menu. Customize the extension to suit your needs by selecting which elements to blur. Key options include: All messages in chat: Blurs all messages in the current chat. Last messages preview: Blurs message previews on the left. Media preview: Blurs images, videos, stickers, etc., separately from text. Profile pictures: Blurs all profile pictures. This extension does not collect information about you or your messages.
