Best extension - newer posted images seem to require auto download rather than opening in new tab. Can this be fixed?

Have been using the extension for quite a while. Last week it stopped working. Assuming VSCO has done something to stop it from working.

When I add it as an extension it will not even open the site, I don't know what I did wrong but its just not working for me, can I get some help ?
