With our browser extension, you can add Click-to-Dial to your browser. You need a Voys user account to use this extension. <b>Click-to-Dial</b> The extension recognizes telephone numbers in your browser. You can easily click on the telephone number that appears behind the number, after which your VoIP telephone, webphone, mobile app, or other soft client automatically calls the telephone number. Due to new guidelines, we are forced to reduce the browser extension to one that focuses entirely on Click-to-Dial. Features from previous versions of the browser extension, such as Queue Status, Availability Management, and Colleague Status are still available in the Webphone, mobile app, and portal.
