Connects Meet, Teams, and Zoom Web to Voxtiva's live meeting translation on Mac.

Voxtiva Meeting Companion connects supported Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Web meetings in Chrome with the Voxtiva app for Mac. After Chrome's one-time install permission, Voxtiva can automatically: • show a time-limited “Meeting detected” notification so you can open Voxtiva without leaving the call; • display the visible name of the active speaker on the meeting page; • keep Voxtiva’s microphone capture state aligned with the meeting microphone, so muting the call pauses microphone transcription; and • send one safe mute or unmute action from Voxtiva back to the current meeting tab. Nothing starts recording automatically. You can dismiss a detection notification, let it expire, or hide future detection notifications in Voxtiva for Mac. The meeting observer remains enabled so microphone synchronization cannot be silently left in a stale state. The companion requires the Voxtiva app for macOS. It reads only the minimum meeting-page state needed for detection, the visible speaker name, meeting state, and the local microphone control. It does not read captions, chat messages, or meeting content. If the page cannot be read with confidence, microphone sync fails closed and Voxtiva stays muted.
