vouch.careers extension

A chrome extension for vouch.careers to help you source and screen candidates easily.

Vouch is an applicant tracking system (ATS) with an assistant on the inside. Companies and recruitment agencies use it to post jobs, run their candidate pipeline, book interviews and talk with candidates. The Vouch extension brings the page you're on into Vouch. Click the Vouch icon in your toolbar and a panel opens on the right of the page with three actions. Import candidate Vouch reads the page and fills in a profile in your candidate pool: name, contact details, current role, company, location and links. If the person is already in Vouch, the new details are merged into the profile you have. You can read the summary and add comments from the panel. Evaluate candidate Choose one of your jobs and Vouch evaluates the person against it. You get an overall match level, such as Strong fit or Worth a look, the reasons behind it, and how the person fits on experience, skills and location. From the panel you can add them to the job's kanban or open the full results in Vouch. Import job post Turn a job ad on any page into a draft job post in Vouch. Agencies choose which client the job is for. You finish and publish the draft in Vouch. What the extension reads The extension does nothing until you click the Vouch icon. While the panel is open, it shares the page's address with Vouch so it can show whether you have saved this person before. It sends the page's text to your Vouch workspace only when you choose an action. Requirements - A Vouch account, on a subscription that includes the extension - Importing job posts is for workspace owners and admins - Evaluations and summaries are made by AI and can be wrong, so check them before you act on them New to Vouch?
