Votab is a simple extension to help you learn vocabulary words every time you open a new tab. This extension is designed for language learners who want to learn a little something while surfing the web. Each time a new tab is opened, a random word is shown along with its English definition and romanized pronunciation. Supported Languages: Votab currently supports Korean language learning with 6000 most commonly used Korean words chosen by the National Institute of Korean Language.

Seems to work okay but I have an issue of the page trying to constantly load which makes the word in Korean and English a light grey colour, I am guessing it is trying to load the sentence because that is something I don't get to see. Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for these two issues.
