Overview

Lets the Volume Mixer app for Mac set the volume of individual browser tabs from the menu bar.

Turn down one tab without touching the rest. Volume Mixer is a Mac app that gives every app its own volume, right from the menu bar. With this extension, Chrome folds out in the mixer into its tabs: every tab that plays audio or video gets its own slider and mute button. Requires the Volume Mixer app for Mac (Mac App Store, macOS 14.2 or later).
