Volume Controller is a clean browser extension for global and per-website volume control from 0% to 200%. Global Volume is the default for every site without a personalized volume. Site Volume overrides Global Volume for the current website. Home tab changes auto-save and apply live. Saved Sites changes preview live, then require the explicit Save button. Sliders move in whole-number steps from 0% to 200%. Number inputs accept typed decimals and save the exact clamped value. 100% is normal site audio and 200% is 2.0x Web Audio gain where the browser allows page audio routing. Saved volumes auto-apply when pages finish loading. MutationObserver support keeps dynamically added HTML5 audio and video elements in sync. Settings include Light, Dark, and System appearance modes plus a saved accent color picker. Settings can clear all saved site volumes without clearing Global Volume. Standard Manifest V3 extension with no remote scripts and minimal permissions. Simply click the extension icon to adjust global volume or set custom levels for the current site. Your preferences are saved automatically and applied every time you visit that site again. **Permissions:** This extension only accesses the tabs you have open and the audio/video elements on those pages.
