Volleyora turns LinkedIn outreach into campaigns you set up once and run at human pace. Pick a step, assign prospects you captured on LinkedIn, and the extension performs it one prospect at a time in your own browser while replies collect in a unified inbox. HOW IT WORKS ➜ Create your account at volleyora.com and pair the extension: read the data-use disclosure in the popup, tick the box, and paste the 22-character key from your Settings page. The key is used only for that exchange, and the extension does not store it. ➜ Capture prospects from LinkedIn people search, your connections page, or any profile you open. ➜ Build a campaign: name it, pick one of nine step types (profile visit, connection invite, message, follow, skill endorsement, email capture, or the combined steps connect + message, visit + follow + connect, and email + message), choose its template, and pick the tags to target. ➜ Start it. The extension performs the step for each assigned prospect in your LinkedIn tab, with a randomized 25 to 45 second gap between prospects, inside daily budgets you cannot change. ➜ Once connected, your LinkedIn conversations sync into the unified inbox while you have LinkedIn open in a tab. Answer right away or schedule the reply for a date and time. WHAT IS INCLUDED ✓ Campaign step types: visit, invite (with a note up to LinkedIn's 300-character limit), message, follow, skill endorsement (1 to 7 skills on 1st-degree connections), email capture, plus the combined steps connect + message, visit + follow + connect, and email + message, which records a prospect's published address for the Mail page or sends a LinkedIn message when they have published none. A campaign runs one step type for the prospects you assign. ✓ Personalization: 6 fields ({firstName}, {lastName}, {fullName}, {company}, {headline}, {location}) filled per prospect when the campaign's actions are generated, in invitation notes and messages. Emails sent from the Mail page fill the same six plus {email}. ✓ Prospect capture from LinkedIn search results, your connections page, and profile pages, with tags, filters, deduplication, and CSV export. ✓ Honest email capture: Volleyora records only the email address a prospect has published on their own LinkedIn contact info. It never guesses, generates, or enriches email addresses. ✓ Email sending: after a capture run, queue the emails from the Mail page and send them through your own Gmail with a Google app password, stored encrypted. ✓ Unified inbox: your LinkedIn conversations synced into the app while LinkedIn is open in your browser. Replies are sent from your own browser, and you can schedule a message for an exact date and time. ✓ Dashboard: today's action budgets, counts for visits, invites, messages, follows, and emails, campaign progress, and extension connection status. ✓ Light and dark themes. SAFETY, STATED PLAINLY The daily budgets are the same for every plan and cannot be changed in the app: • 50 outreach actions per day (invites, messages, follows, endorsements). • 100 low-risk actions per day (profile visits and email capture). • A randomized 25 to 45 second delay between prospects. A combined step performs its own actions on one prospect a few seconds apart, then waits out that delay before the next prospect. • The campaign pauses itself when LinkedIn shows an invite-limit warning or a security checkpoint, which it checks before each step runs. • If a step is interrupted before its outcome is known (for example the tab reloads mid-step), the campaign pauses for you to check instead of repeating the action. • Up to 3 retries, 5 minutes apart, when a step fails for a transient reason such as an element that did not render. A refusal or a limit from LinkedIn is not retried: that prospect's remaining steps are cancelled rather than hammering LinkedIn. YOUR DATA AND YOUR SESSION • Every LinkedIn action runs in your own browser, in your own tab, and none of them run while it is closed. Volleyora's servers never visit profiles, send invitations or messages, follow, or endorse for you. The servers hold your account data, send the emails you queue from the Mail page through your own Gmail, and cache the profile pictures your inbox and prospect list display. • Your LinkedIn session cookies are used only for your own tab's requests to LinkedIn. They are never sent to our servers, and we never ask for your LinkedIn password. • The pairing screen states what reaches your account before you connect: your conversations for the inbox, the prospect data you capture, and the outcome of each campaign step.
