VoiceWave: Voice mode for ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and other AI chatbots

Didn't work at all. Keeps complaining it cannot access the mic or the net all while both work fine.

At this time, VoiceWave is supported only on the standard builds of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Unfortunately, Brave and other Chromium-based browsers are not supported, which is why you're experiencing issues. We recommend using VoiceWave with either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best and most reliable performance.

Works fine in GPT; but other than advertised, does currently not work properly with Grok. It shows up in both, but for me, it only ever reads 1 sentence in Grok. Also, it stopped doing auto-speaking in both apps a couple weeks ago. And I would like to be able to set a speed for every language individually, as the different TTSvoices behave differently in each language.

I’m writing a five-star review for VoiceWave because it has truly transformed my life. As someone with limited writing ability, I’m absolutely blown away by this tool. it’s given me a newfound skill I never thought possible. After I record a message and send it , the recording should stop. Currently I have to stop it myself and it's incredibly annoying . You should record ONLY WHEN I CLICK A BUTTON.

Unfortunately, the extension hasn't been working for me either since the latest update (Google Chrome v: 134.0.6998.165). ChatGPT

Why I am not able to see microphone symbol to catch the voice on above the search bar. It's disabled today, I used it last night and all of a sudden it disappeared this morning. May I know the reason and how to fix it?

I think this is the best extension for speech with ChatGPT. However, "ChatGPT changes causes the extension to break" as a notification for a similar extension posts on it's webpage, and offers a fixed manual instal while waiting for review by the Chrome Store. I am finding today that "Voicewave: Voice Mode" is broken for me. I wonder if it is due to the same ChatGPT changes that broke several similar extension? I hope this extension will be fixed soon.
