Click the toolbar icon (or press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Y) and speak — "set a 10-minute timer," "set three timers: pasta 9 minutes, oven 20 minutes, laundry 45 minutes," or "add 5 minutes to pasta." A small countdown floats on whatever page you're working on, and you get a desktop notification the moment a timer finishes — even if the popup is closed.
