Overview

Agent Panel

The VoiceSpin Chrome extension is part of VoiceSpin’s omnichannel communication platform for contact centers. The extension is seamlessly integrated with the VoiceSpin’s Agent Panel and allows you to receive inbound calls regardless of which browser tab you are on and make outbound calls directly from your browser by leveraging click-to-call. To use the extension, you need to be a user of the VoiceSpin contact center and configure the extension according to the provided instructions.
