There is no server to send your audio or text to. Which languages are supported? Every language pair supported by Chrome's built-in Translator, and you can add the ones that are not their through settings. Does it work on videos without captions? VoiceOne dubs from the video's caption track, so a video needs captions — auto-generated captions count — for dubbing to work. Why does the first video take a moment? Chrome downloads the language model for your chosen language the first time you use it. After that it is instant, and works offline. Do I have to give VoiceOne access to all my browsing?
