Press one button and VNCNT Casefile captures everything a developer needs to fix it: a video replay of the tab (or a screenshot), the console errors, the failed network requests, the steps you took and your browser and device details. Add a sentence, then share one HTML file, a zip, or a ready-to-paste issue for GitHub, Jira or Linear. No account. Nothing uploaded. Secrets redacted before anything is saved. HOW IT WORKS 1. On the page with the bug, click the Casefile icon and press Capture a bug (or Alt+Shift+B). 2. Reproduce the problem. The badge shows the timer (video) or the error count (screenshot mode). 3. Press Finish report. Your report opens with everything filled in. 4. Add a summary, expected and actual result, blur anything else on the screenshot, then export or copy. WHAT'S IN A REPORT • Video replay of the tab, with every error and click marked on the timeline: click an error to jump to that moment • Or a screenshot when you finish, or an Instant report: a screenshot of the page right now plus its failed page loads • Console: errors, warnings, logs, uncaught exceptions and unhandled promise rejections, with stack locations • Network: every request's method, address, status and timing, with failed ones (4xx, 5xx, blocked, hung, cancelled) highlighted • Steps to reproduce written for you: "Click 'Pay now'", "Select 'Express' from 'Shipping'", "Page loaded: /orders" • Environment: browser and version, OS, viewport and screen, language, time zone, connection, device PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Privacy Shield blurs emails, API keys, tokens and card numbers on the page while you record, so they never reach the video or screenshot • Console text, addresses (?token=…), step titles and optional error bodies are redacted before saving. Password fields are never recorded • Request and response bodies are not captured unless you turn that on (then only the first 2 KB of failed responses, redacted) • Reports stay in your browser on this computer. KNOWN LIMITS Captures web pages, not desktop apps. Reads the top page of the tab; consoles of embedded frames from other sites aren't included. Errors that happened before you pressed Capture are included only if you turn on "Catch errors from page load" (which asks for access to all sites), although failed page loads are always listed. If the tab moves to another website during a capture, logs pause there until you click the Casefile icon (the replay keeps recording). Browser settings pages and extension stores can't be captured.
