Articulate Storyline Courses with mp4 files will not run
When users try to launch an Articulate Storyline 360 Course that has an mp4 file, the course will not open. It appears to try to be front loading all of the mp4 files and it hangs up buffering and never plays the course.
If the user views the same content via "incognito" or in "inprivate" mode the issue goes away. We suspect that is because the extension doesn't work in those modes. Any idea how to get Articulate Storyline 360 files to play with no issues?

Extension won't work
I have added the extention to use the Horizon Client and it will not work and won't add to my apps

Per Google Support - Please make this fully Chrome OS Optimized
After disabling this extension, Video playback works on websites (Plex.tv & Home.Nest.Com)

Extension not enabled
Hello after installation of extension it stays grayed out not green as this overview page. Also is there any way to check when its working enabled and when its not?
