Overview

Pre-fills NYC DHS pre-clearance forms from VoucherKing CRM. You review and submit.

VK CRM connects VoucherKing (voucherkingnyc.com) to the NYC DHS landlord portal. When an agent clicks "Request Pre-clearance" on an apartment in VoucherKing, the DHS Apartment/Room/SRO Offer Registration form opens in a new tab and this extension fills every field — building, landlord, broker and the apartment row — from the CRM record. The agent reviews the form and clicks DHS's own Submit button. The extension never submits on its own. After submission, the DHS reference number is saved back to the apartment in VoucherKing. Requires a VoucherKing CRM account. Runs only on voucherkingnyc.com and the DHS landlord portal (a071-dhsapps.nyc.gov).
