Users can use VIVI AI Integrated Cloud Dialer to place phone calls directly from their CRM or any webpage they are browsing in Chrome, or Chromium based browsers such as Brave, Firefox and Edge. Based on your subscription add on, Call analytics and agent assist will be available. Single Purpose: VIVI AI Integrated Cloud Dialer is a powerful Chrome extension that enhances your web browsing by automatically identifying phone numbers on any webpage. It displays a discreet, clickable button next to each detected number, allowing you to initiate a call with just one click—seamlessly integrating with your Vivi account for efficient, AI-driven communication. Designed for users of VIVI AI Integrated Cloud Dialer Solution (from GoVivace), the omnichannel voice bot and chatbot platform that powers customer service, sales, lead generation, and more, this extension assumes you're logged in to Vivi to handle calls via its natural language processing and voice capabilities. Log In Create a VIVI AI Integrated Cloud Dialer Solution account and Sign into your Account extension. Start Calling Navigate to any webpage or CRM platform. Phone numbers will be automatically highlighted, ready for you to click and call instantly. The extension allows links on webpages to be clickable links. The extension provides two options: Enable VIVI AI Integrated Cloud Dialer Solution in Dynamic Content – On dynamic webpages, you can select this option if a phone number is not clickable. For direct calls, the client immediately places the call. For calls on behalf of a queue, the extension auto-populates the Name or Number box. In the On Behalf of Queue box, type the name of the queue. VIVI AI Integrated Cloud Dialer Solution Tip: If a phone number on a webpage is not clickable, you can either highlight the number, right-click, and select Make a Call, or select the Enable Click-to-Dial in Dynamic Content option when you configure the extension. Call Analytics Quality assurance through call analytics is available as an add-on.
