O Vista mostra o site da aba atual em preview desktop e mobile, ao mesmo tempo. Você abre qualquer página (incluindo localhost), clica no ícone da extensão e liga o toggle. A página ganha um overlay com janela de desktop e um frame de celular. Desligar o toggle devolve a página normal. Não abre o site num iframe público, então não esbarra em CORS nem no bloqueio de rede local do Chrome.
