When you open a job's application page, Visaviz Application Assistant fills the form with those saved answers. How it works Sign in with your Visaviz account. Prepare and save your answers for a job in Visaviz. Open the job's application page. The toolbar badge shows how many of your applications are ready to fill. The assistant fills the fields it recognises and reports anything it could not resolve. You review every field, then submit. You stay in control. The assistant does not press submit for you. Auto-submit is a separate option that is off by default, and even when you turn it on it refuses to submit while any required field is still unresolved. Applying on a site that is not in the list? Grant that one site from the popup and the assistant works there too. A Visaviz account is required. The assistant only runs on job application pages, and only when you have a prepared application for that job.
