VisaTrove Filler

Fills a government visa portal form from a VisaTrove case. Stops before submit; you review and pay manually.

VisaTrove Filler is an internal tool for VisaTrove staff. It saves time by filling an applicant's details into the relevant government visa portal, so staff don't have to re-type them by hand. How it works: 1. A staff member opens a case in the VisaTrove admin panel and clicks "Auto-fill on govt site". 2. The extension securely fetches that case's details from the VisaTrove server, authenticated with the staff member's personal access token. 3. It opens the correct government visa portal and fills in the form fields - names, date of birth, passport number, nationality, contact details and travel details. 4. It then STOPS. The extension never submits the form. The staff member reviews everything and submits and pays manually on the official portal. Key points: - No automatic submission - a human always reviews and submits. - Access requires a per-staff token issued from the VisaTrove admin panel; it acts with that staff member's existing permissions and can be revoked at any time. - No applicant data is stored by the extension. Details are fetched on demand to fill the page. - Built for VisaTrove Pty Ltd's own staff workflow.
