Overview

Agent edition — operates a connected client's US Visa appointment rescheduling on their behalf. Not for direct/individual use.

Visa Launchpad — Agent Run automated US visa appointment monitoring and booking on behalf of every client you manage — from one extension, built specifically for agents. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IS THIS THE RIGHT EXTENSION FOR YOU? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This extension is for visa consultants and agencies running clients through the Visa Launchpad Agent Program. It is a separate, agent-only build — not the extension your clients install themselves — designed so you can operate the monitoring and booking automation on their behalf without ever handling their portal password directly. You should install this if: you have a registered Agent account, you have at least one client who subscribed through your own branded agent page, and that client has already connected their own portal credentials from their own dashboard. If you're a direct applicant managing your own single visa appointment, this is not the extension you want — search the Chrome Web Store for "Visa Launchpad" instead. The two extensions are not interchangeable, and this one won't pair correctly to a direct-user account. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT IT DOES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Before automation, running a visa consulting practice around appointment rescheduling meant either you or your staff manually refreshing the AIS or CGI portal all day for every client — or simply not offering that service at all. This extension replaces the manual refreshing entirely. It continuously monitors the official US visa appointment portals — AIS (ais.usvisa-info.com) and CGI/India (usvisascheduling.com) — for earlier available appointment slots, within each client's own configured date range and location preferences, and books them automatically the moment a match appears, for every client you're actively managing. Your job shifts from watching a screen to running a business: build your page, bring on clients, and let the automation handle the appointment-watching. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS, STEP BY STEP ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Your client subscribes through your Visa Launchpad agent page and connects their own visa portal username and password themselves, from their own dashboard, on their own device. You never see, request, type, or store a client's password at any point in this process — there is no field anywhere in this extension for it. 2. From your Agent Portal, open that client's profile and click "Connect Extension." This pairs the extension specifically to that client's account. If the button is unavailable, it almost always means the client hasn't finished connecting their own credentials yet — check with them before troubleshooting further. 3. Once paired, the extension automatically retrieves that client's already-saved credentials and logs in on their behalf. There is no manual credential-entry screen anywhere in this extension, for any client, ever. If a client's saved login is ever rejected by the portal, the extension will not prompt you to type in a replacement — it will tell you to have the client reconnect from their own dashboard instead. 4. Monitoring begins automatically within that client's preferred date range and consulate/location. 5. When a matching earlier slot appears, the extension books it automatically (if auto-book is enabled) and reports the booking to your Agent Portal and the client's dashboard, with a confirmation email sent automatically. If auto-book is off, you're prompted to confirm before it books. 6. Track every client, every slot found, every booking, and your commission earnings from your Agent Portal dashboard, in real time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ YOUR CLIENTS' CREDENTIALS ARE NEVER EXPOSED TO YOU ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is the single most important design principle behind this extension, and it's deliberate, not a limitation: • You cannot type a client's portal username or password into this extension — the field simply doesn't exist in the interface. • The extension only ever auto-fills credentials the client personally entered and saved through their own dashboard. • If saved credentials stop working, the extension asks you to have the client reconnect — it never opens a manual entry form for you. • A client always retains full control: they can revoke your ability to operate on their account at any time simply by disconnecting their portal credentials from their own side. You never hold an independent copy of their login that would let you continue anyway. Client visa portal passwords and security-question answers are never transmitted to, stored by, or visible to you as the agent at any point. They remain associated with the client's own encrypted account record and are used only transiently, at the moment of automated login, to operate that specific client's session. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BUILT FOR MANAGING MULTIPLE CLIENTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Running more than one client at once requires a separate Chrome profile per client — each profile is fully isolated, so credentials, logins, and extension pairings never mix between clients. Pair this extension separately inside each profile you use, and label each profile clearly with the client's name so you always know which window belongs to whom. How reliably clients run in true parallel depends on which portal they're on: • AIS clients: once monitoring is running, these genuinely work in parallel across as many Chrome profiles as you have open, tabs minimized, without you watching. This is where the real scaling advantage of running your agency comes from. • CGI/India clients: solving CGI's Cloudflare security challenge and clicking to book both require that client's browser window to be the one currently active and focused on your screen — only one window can hold that focus at a time, system-wide. Run CGI clients one at a time, with that client's window actively focused while you expect activity, rather than expecting several CGI clients to book at the exact same instant. Treat CGI clients as a more hands-on, scheduled activity rather than fully hands-off background monitoring. If two of your own clients genuinely become eligible for the exact same slot at the exact same moment, Visa Launchpad's fairness system decides who gets it automatically (based on account standing, not a queue) and notifies the other client that the slot was taken by a higher-priority match — no client is ever silently skipped or double-booked, and no slot ever sits open waiting when only one of your clients has actually found it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MANAGING YOUR CLIENTS FROM THE AGENT PORTAL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Your client roster is your operational dashboard for everything this extension does. For each client you can see their subscription status and plan, their full payment history, whether they've connected their portal credentials yet (without ever seeing the credential itself), and the "Connect Extension" action once they have. Your top-level dashboard rolls this up across your whole book of business — total clients, revenue, refunds, and slots found/booked — so you can see how your agency is performing without digging into each client one by one. If a client ever has a concern about your service specifically, they have a direct channel built into their own dashboard to raise it with the Visa Launchpad platform team, separate from contacting you. This protects both sides: issues get visibility and get handled fairly by a neutral party instead of staying invisible. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ COMMISSION & PAYOUTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Every real charge tied to your plans — the initial payment, a remaining-balance charge, or a credit top-up — splits automatically: you keep 60%, the platform retains 40%. Your share is transferred directly to your connected Stripe account with no invoicing and no chasing payments. If a client is later refunded, the commission already paid on that payment is deducted from your account (settled against a future payout if it was already transferred), visible any time from your Payouts page — no surprise deductions. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE INSTALLING ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • An active Visa Launchpad Agent account — free to register, no setup fees. • At least one client who has subscribed through your agent page and connected their own portal credentials from their own dashboard. • Google Chrome, with a separate Chrome profile set up for each client you plan to run at the same time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY AGENTS RUN THEIR BUSINESS ON VISA LAUNCHPAD ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Your own branded page, your own pricing, your own clients — free to set up, no coding required. • A transparent, fixed 60/40 commission split on every payment, paid automatically — no invoicing. • The same automated monitoring and booking technology Visa Launchpad is known for, under your own brand. • A full analytics dashboard tracking every client, slot, booking, and payout in real time. • A direct support channel any time your business or a client needs help. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TROUBLESHOOTING QUICK REFERENCE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "Connect Extension" won't work for a client → they haven't connected their own portal credentials yet; confirm with them directly. Extension stops instead of retrying with new credentials → expected behavior — have the client reconnect their credentials from their own dashboard, then reconnect the extension. A CGI client's booking seems to have been missed → check whether that client's window was actually focused on your screen at the critical moment; this is inherent to how the CGI portal's own defenses work. Not sure which extension you have → check the name in chrome://extensions. This one reads "Visa Launchpad — Agent." Two clients on the same portal seem to interfere with each other → confirm they're genuinely running in two separate Chrome profiles, not the same one. A single profile can only maintain one paired session at a time by design. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A FEW BEST PRACTICES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Label each Chrome profile clearly with the client's name or reference number — once you're running a dozen clients across a dozen windows, this alone saves enormous confusion. Set clear expectations with CGI/India clients about the more hands-on attention their portal requires compared to AIS. Check your Payouts page regularly so you understand your normal commission flow, making it easy to notice quickly if anything looks unusual. And respond promptly whenever a client needs to reconnect their credentials — since the extension deliberately won't proceed past a credential failure on its own, a delay there is a direct delay to that client's monitoring. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IMPORTANT NOTES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This extension is intended for registered Visa Launchpad agents managing clients who subscribed through their agent page — not for personal, individual use on your own visa application. Visa Launchpad is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. embassy or consulate, or any government agency. Appointment availability is controlled entirely by the official visa scheduling portals; we do not guarantee a specific appointment date or outcome, and results depend on real availability outside our control. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ GET STARTED ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Not yet a Visa Launchpad agent?
