Virtual Manager Coach (VMC) is a browser extension for the online football manager game at virtualmanager.com. It adds a coaching layer on top of virtualmanager.com pages so you get the information you need directly where you play — instead of tab-switching and mental arithmetic. It works only on virtualmanager.com; it is not a general coaching or productivity tool. Every feature is free — no paid tiers, accounts, or sign-ups. Features Skill importance by position — On a player profile, each skill row is shaded from faint to strong to show how important that skill is for the player's position (keeper, defender, midfielder, or attacker). At a glance you see where to focus training. Enhanced player stats — The stats panel is extended with precise decimal values and a per-skill 15%-rule badge, so you can compare players exactly instead of relying on rounded whole numbers. Training advisor — On a player page, VMC computes the player's true rating, the 15% training threshold, the best skills to train, and a train-or-sell verdict based on age and potential. Potential from training — After a training session, VMC rates the player's long-term potential with a 1–5 star score based on facility and trainer usage. Potential in player lists — A "Potential" column shows star ratings for every player in your squad and youth lists, with an optional one-click batch recording that opens and records each player automatically. Match odds — On match and team-overview pages, VMC shows win probability and decimal odds for both teams from squad strength, with optional nudges from league standings, form, and head-to-head. Free-transfer scout — On the free-transfer listings, VMC can open every listed player's training page and automatically close the ones with poor potential, so you only review the best talents. Default country for new talents — When creating a new talent, VMC pre-selects your preferred country, saving a click every time. Training exercise suggestions — On the squad training page, VMC recommends the best-leverage exercise for each player. Suggestions only — no changes are made unless you explicitly enable and confirm the "apply" action. Available in Danish and English.
