Stopped working in Chrome on Mac

No Longer works at all. IP has no affect.

Not working

For some reason this isn't working for me anymore. I haven't needed it in a while, so I couldn't tell you when it stopped working. When I make the change to my actual hosts file, I'm good, but using this extension doesn't do the trick.

I'm running Mac OS 10.14.6 with the latest version of Chrome.

CSS isn't working?

For some reason the CSS isn't being read and I get Raw HTML. The last time I used this tool is was fine. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Not working ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT

Cannot access any websites under virtual host extension!? Worked a few weeks ago and stopped i'm assuming with a chrome update etc. pulling error ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT.

Chrome throwing net::ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT

With Google Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Virtual Hosts Version 1.2 I am consistently getting a "net::ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT" when using VHost. I even get this error when the VHost Domain and VHost IP are identical. I've encountered this with multiple websites.

The problem just started in the last two days. I'm guessing my Chrome browser was automatically updated and the problem is due to a new check in Chrome. Searching for related issues I found this very recent discussion that sound suspiciously similar: https://github.com/GoogleChrome/puppeteer/issues/4575

No longer works for HTTPS websites

When you try to visit a website with an SSL certificate/HTTPS it will forward to https://ip instead of the common name, which will trigger an certificate mismatch warning in the browser AND show apache instead of the website.

Elements, Columns, Containers Cannot Be Saved

Hello,

I'm using Wordpress Avada theme for my website. I'm using Virtual Hosts. For whatever reason, it doesn't allow me to save any Element, Column or Container. Help please. Thanks.
