Open the extension on a social profile, a video page, or a web page containing supported social links. What you can do • Import selected accounts or individual videos into viral.app. • See which accounts and videos your organization already tracks. • Keep selected results while browsing other pages. • Choose an organization and apply tags before importing. • Set per-account video tracking limits and preview your plan usage. • Mark imports as competitors to keep them out of your organization's totals. Once imported, use the viral.app dashboard to follow performance and compare results across your creator and brand accounts. How to get started 1. Sign in with your viral.app account and choose which organizations the extension can access. 2. Open a page with supported social accounts or video links. 3. Open Importer, review the results, and select what to track. A viral.app account and an organization with an active plan are required. You need a member role or higher. Individual video tracking and tracking limits depend on your plan. Privacy While signed in, opening the extension scans the current page's links locally. Supported account and video identifiers are sent to viral.app to check tracked status; your selected items are sent when you import. Page HTML, page text and unrelated links are not sent.
