Telia VIP Plus –palvelun CRM-integraation lisäosa mahdollistaa tietojen hakemisen ulkoisesta CRM-järjestelmästä. Integraation avulla tunnistat soittajan CRM-järjestelmän tietojen perusteella. Lisäksi voit välittää myös muuta tietoa CRM-järjestelmästä VIP Plus –palveluun. VIP Plus -palvelun CRM-integraatio on tuettu useassa eri CRM-järjestelmässä. Lisäksi palvelussa on saatavilla Custom Connector -integraatio, jolla palvelu voidaan yhdistää lähes minkä tahansa järjestelmän kanssa.
