abel Crop & Packing ToolBox turns bulky A4 shipping labels into clean, thermal-printer-ready tags in one click, and takes the busywork out of dispatch and bookkeeping. Built for second-hand sellers on Vinted across Europe who ship parcels every day. WHAT IT DOES 1. One-Click A4 to A6 Vector Cropping Detects the shipping-label area on the page and crops away the surrounding whitespace, print instructions and marketing filler. Output is a 100x150mm (A6) vector PDF — text and barcodes stay sharp because nothing is rasterised. US labels are output at 4x6 inches instead. 2. Carrier-Agnostic By Design The crop engine locates the label by analysing the page itself, not by looking up a list of supported couriers — so it is not limited to any particular set of carriers. Labels that already arrive at the correct size are passed through untouched, never cropped twice. 3. Batch-Fetch Pending Shipping Labels Open your sold orders and let the toolbox pull the shipping label for every parcel still waiting to be sent — automatically, without downloading each one by hand. They are cropped to thermal size, merged into a single PDF and sent straight to your print dialog. Orders already shipped are skipped. 4. Advertising Page Removal Some label PDFs arrive with trailing advertisement pages. These are detected and dropped, so you print the label and nothing else. 5. Batch Cropping & Merging Drag in or select multiple label files at once. They are cropped and merged into a single multi-page PDF, or exported as a ZIP with a picking-list CSV alongside them. 6. A4 4-in-1 Packing Sheets Printing on a regular A4 printer instead of a thermal one? Lay 4 labels out on one A4 sheet, with a summary picking page listing barcodes, carriers, SKUs and shelf slots. 7. SKU & Shelf-Slot Watermarking Print your own SKU code, shelf position or order note into a dedicated 30pt footer strip on the label, positioned so it can never overlap a barcode. 8. Sync Sales & Auto-Fill Your Tax Ledger One click imports your historical sold orders into a sales ledger — item, sale price, date and tracking — and feeds the figures into your tax reporting. No more copying numbers by hand. 9. Dispatch Dashboard & Sales Ledger Every processed label with its carrier and tracking number, plus a sales ledger showing a product thumbnail, price, your cost and net margin per item. Edit costs inline, and export the whole ledger to CSV in one click. Tax reports export as CSV or PDF, in the EU-wide DAC7 format as well as the national formats of the main European markets. 10. AI Listing Rewrite & Native Translation Rewrite a listing title and description into natural, native-quality copy in the buyer's own language — produced by a large language model, not a canned template. Sell the same item to buyers in another country without sounding machine-translated. You choose the target language inside the extension. 11. Free Credits & Referrals Every account starts with 3 processing credits plus 5 free credits refreshed daily. Invite someone with your referral code and you both get +15. PRIVACY Labels are uploaded to our cloud engine, cropped in memory, and returned to you. A4 四宫格拼打 用普通 A4 打印机而非热敏机？把 4 张面单拼到一张 A4，末页自动附汇总拣货表，列出条码、承运商、SKU 与货位。 7. SKU 货位水印 把自定义 SKU、仓储货位或订单备注打进面单底部专属 30pt 页脚条，位置经过预留，绝不压到条码。 8. 销售同步 · 自动填税 一键把历史已售订单导入销售台账——商品、成交价、日期、运单号——并把数据喂进税务报表，不必再手抄数字。 9. 发货大屏与销售台账 每一张处理过的面单及其承运商与运单号；销售台账逐单显示商品缩略图、售价、你的成本与净利。成本可行内直接编辑，整份台账一键导出 CSV。报税清册可导出 CSV / PDF，含欧盟通用的 DAC7 表以及主要欧洲市场的本国格式。 10.
