Vinskal helps you move from finding a job to preparing and tracking your application without rebuilding your career context every time. When you're viewing a supported job or application page, the Vinskal extension can recognize it locally. When you choose Open in Vinskal, the extension sends the page URL to your Vinskal account so you can continue the workflow there. From Vinskal, you can review the job, see how it fits your background, prepare application materials, manage applications, and keep track of what comes next. HOW THE EXTENSION WORKS 1. Open a supported job or application page. 2. Vinskal detects the page locally in your browser. 3. A small Vinskal button appears when a job is recognized. 4. Nothing is sent to Vinskal just because you opened the page. 5. When you choose Open in Vinskal, the extension sends only the page URL. 6. Vinskal opens the corresponding job in your account or begins processing it if it has not been added yet. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN VINSKAL Once a job is opened in Vinskal, you can use your existing career profile to help with things such as: • Reviewing job details • Understanding how the role matches your background • Preparing tailored resume materials • Preparing cover letters and application answers • Reviewing application packages before taking action • Saving and tracking jobs • Tracking applications and their status • Managing follow-ups and interview preparation Available features may depend on your Vinskal plan and the job. PRIVACY BY DESIGN The Vinskal extension is intentionally lightweight. • Job-page detection happens locally in your browser. • Opening a page does not automatically send it to Vinskal. • You explicitly choose when to open a job in Vinskal. • The extension sends only the page URL during that handoff. • It does not upload the contents of every page you visit. • It does not store your Vinskal authentication token in the extension. • It does not run background AI against the pages you browse. WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES NOT DO Version 2 of the Vinskal extension does not autofill or submit employer application forms. It does not: • Automatically fill application fields • Read and capture application questions in the browser • Click Submit, Apply, Send, Finish, or similar controls • Fill passwords, payment information, one-time codes, or CAPTCHAs • Run browser-based application automation • Submit applications on your behalf Application preparation and review happen through Vinskal itself, where you remain in control of the information you use.
