Vimeo Subtitle Translator - Dual Subtitles

I'm not a tech savvy person, in fact, I did need guidance to set up the subtitle translator-dual subtitles. As I was receiving guidance, "I realized I was so close being able to do it myself." Getting the assistance relieved my stress and made it so much easier. I reviewed the you-tube vid and was thrown off by the background sound and the speed.
